The only thing better than a cozy seat by the fire is a frozen s’more in hand! Here’s how we made this camp-friendly treat:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 16 whole graham crackers
  • 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 8 oz Cool Whip (thawed)
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2.5 cups milk

RECIPE:

  1. Line a 9×13″ pan with aluminum foil, allowing foil to fold over the edges of the pan.
  2. Beat chocolate pudding mix and milk together until completely combined.
  3. Pour pudding into pan and spread in a smooth layer.
  4. Beat cream cheese and marshmallow creme together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip.
  5. Spread this mixture on top of the pudding and smooth the top.
  6. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Using foil, remove the frozen mix from the pan and use a long knife to cut into sections the same size as graham cracker halves. Sandwich each piece between two graham cracker halves.
  8. Enjoy!

We hope this recipe inspires many fond camping memories for kids of all ages…no campfire required!
