The only thing that could make My First Fun Dome Tent even more exciting is a paper leaf garland that can be made faster than you can say “daylight savings time!”
SUPPLIES:
- Green construction paper
- Hot glue gun
- Floral wire
- Scissors
Cut out several leaf shapes from the green construction paper. Any easy way to make multiple leaves at one time is to fold the paper in half several times and then freehand cut a leaf shape. Repeat until you have as many leaves as desired.
Cut along piece of floral wire and begin hot gluing each of the leaves to the wire. You can make it as tightly packed or as sparse as you prefer.
Once you have several strands of leaf garlands made, drape them over the top of your tent and throw in some balloons for an extra dose of fun!
The countdown to Spring begins…NOW!
